Maybe you're dealing with…
This transformation was about SO much more than weight. 💜
Trust me… I didn't start here. 😂
I was an overwhelmed mom trying to homeschool my neurodivergent kids, take care of everyone else, make some extra income so I could stay home with them… and somewhere in all of that, I kinda forgot to take care of ME. 💜
I wasn't feeling good. I struggled with migraines, anxiety, allergies, digestive issues, low energy, and an ADHD brain I didn't even realize I had yet. 😂
And then one day someone asked me when I was due.
Except… I wasn't pregnant. 😳😂
Was that awkward? YUP. But honestly, it was also one of those moments where I realized:
Okay Jess… something needs to change.
Not because I needed to look a certain way.
Because I didn't FEEL like myself anymore.
And because I'm a Human Biologist… naturally I started going down ALLLL the rabbit holes. 🧬
Over time I learned that feeling better wasn't about one magic product or trying harder. It was about understanding my body and looking at the bigger picture: my nutrition, gut, brain, sleep, stress, movement, hormones, genetics and the support I was giving my body.
Little by little, things changed.
I have more energy. I sleep better. I understand my ADHD brain instead of constantly fighting it. My anxiety is so much better. And I actually feel like I'm living my life again instead of just trying to get through the day.
Am I perfect? Absolutely not. 😂
But I've learned how to listen to my body and give it support instead of constantly fighting against it.
And THAT is why I created Wildflower Wellness. 🌸
If what I've learned can help another busy woman feel better, understand her body and feel a little less alone… then it's worth sharing. 💜
You don’t have to figure this out alone. 💜
I help you step back, look at the bigger picture, and figure out what makes sense for your body, your goals & your actual life.

The Founder
Meet Jess -
This became bigger than just ME
It didn’t just change me… it changed our whole family. 💜
I actually got into health + wellness because of my kids.
Both of my boys have ADHD, and as their mom I wanted to understand why their brains worked the way they didand what I could do at home to support them better.
That curiosity is also a huge part of why we homeschool.
And because I’m a Human Biologist… naturally I went down ALLLL the rabbit holes. 😂🧬
Nutrition. Gut health. Sleep. Stress. Movement. Genetics. Daily routines. The environment around us. All the little things that can influence how our bodies + brains function.
Over the years, we found simple habits and supports that made a big difference for our family. My boys have done really well without relying on ADHD medication every day, and I’ve learned how to support my own ADHD brain in ways that help me feel more like myself too.
But what surprised me most was that while I was trying to help my kids… I started getting healthier too.
Then my husband started making changes.
Then our kids started copying the healthier habits they saw us doing.
And slowly, this became a whole-family lifestyle. 🌸
We all needed something different.
For me, learning about my MTHFR gene variation helped me understand that genetics can be one piece of the bigger picture.
We can’t change the genes we were born with — but things like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, environment and daily habits can influence how our biology functions and how some genes are expressed. 🧬
That was empowering for me.
Because it meant I wasn’t completely stuck with “this is just how I am.”
My husband’s story looked completely different.
He has an incredibly stressful job, and we couldn’t exactly remove the stress from his life. 😂
So instead, we focused on supporting his body from the inside out — cellular health, nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, building muscle, and personalized metabolic therapy through a medical provider.
That combination helped him make steady, sustainable progress instead of constantly fighting his body.
Over time, he lost more than 100 pounds, built muscle along the way, and has been able to maintain that progress.
No crash diet.
No overnight overhaul.
No trying to be perfect.
Just personalized support + simple habits he could actually stick with. 💜
And that’s a huge part of what I believe now:
You don’t always need to try harder. Sometimes you need to support your body differently. 🌸
And then our kids started watching us.
As we got healthier and started making better choices, our kids naturally began copying what they saw.
They saw us move our bodies.
Spend more time outside.
Make different food choices.
Prioritize sleep.
Talk about how we were feeling.
And actually take care of ourselves too.
That may be my favorite part of this whole journey.
What started because I wanted to help my kids ultimately taught me how to better support our entire family.
And that’s why I love sharing what I’ve learned with other people now.
Whether you, your spouse, or even your kids could use some support, I’m happy to help you step back, look at the bigger picture, and figure out a simple place to start.
I’ll help you make sense of your options, answer your questions, and walk with you at your pace so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Because you don’t have to change your entire life tomorrow.
Sometimes it’s a few simple habits + the right tools, repeated consistently, that slowly become a healthier way of living. 🌸
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. 💜
